While strolling around the Ramparts of Bergues, do not hesitate to push your walk towards the Dunkerquoise Biscuit Factory, just behind the train station of Bergues.

You will find the store joined on to its factory where are made these famous round waffles, blond, crispy and golden deliciously flavoured with rum, caramel, chocolate or bergamot. Come to taste their savoury waffles that will brighten your appetizers.

In this pretty little shop, you will also be presented with an assortment of northern products, beer, honey, waffles, chicory, chuques (Candies of the North), nougat and many other good things... 

The factory store welcomes you Monday to Thursday from 9h30 to 12h00 and from 14h00 to 17h00, Friday from 12h30 to 17h00.

Open Saturday from 9h30 to 12h30 starting from September 30.
