International Organ Festival in Flanders

The International Organ Festival is the meeting of three festivals: Koksijde, Veurne and French Flanders. It is co-organized by the Community of Communes of the Hauts de Flanders, Fugato de Furnis, and Orgelkring Koksijde. Jan Vermeire, organist, is the artistic director.

This festival allows to discover the magnificent Flemish heritage of historic organs, thanks to concerts of high quality given by renowned organists.

It competes with the biggest festivals in Europe.

It is a cross between Art and Heritage. Come to discover our churches gems and let yourself be carried away by the music.

Also with the desire to attract a large audience and not to be confined to the amateurs, the programming is audacious, mixing the organ with other instruments: flute, harp, pan flute, oboe, soprano voice. ..
